Welcome to RobinWorld (the “Game”), a browser-based multiplayer game running on the Robinhood Chain network. By connecting a wallet or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and not barred from using the Game under any applicable law. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
2. Accounts & wallet sign-in
The Game identifies you by your blockchain wallet address. Sign-in uses a gasless message signature only — RobinWorld never takes custody of your funds, never initiates on-chain transactions on your behalf, and never asks for your private keys or seed phrase. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.
3. Virtual items & in-game GOLD
GOLD, items, cosmetics, levels and other in-game elements are virtual, licensed to you for use inside the Game, and have no monetary value. They are not currency, securities, or redeemable for cash, and may be modified, balanced, reset, or removed at any time. Nothing in the Game is an offer or sale of any token or financial instrument.
4. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, botfarm, exploit bugs, automate play, disrupt the servers, or harass other players. Keep usernames and chat free of illegal, hateful, or abusive content. We may warn, mute, kick, or permanently ban accounts at our discretion to protect the Game and its players.
5. User content
You are responsible for the username and chat messages you submit. By submitting them you grant us a license to display them within the Game. We moderate content but do not guarantee to review everything.
6. Intellectual property
RobinWorld’s art is released as CC0 (public domain). The Game’s code, brand, and name remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable license to play — not ownership of the Game.
7. Availability & changes
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. It is in active development; features, the world, and progress may change, break, or be wiped, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued without notice.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobinWorld disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of your wallet, third-party wallets, or the blockchain. Blockchain interactions are irreversible and at your own risk.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued play after changes means you accept them.
